Meagan LaBerge - Operations Coordinator & Certified Pet Care Technician

Meagan has always had a passion for animals, even when she was a little girl and wanted to be a veterinarian.  As she began to grow up her interests changed but her love of animals did not!  Meagan is currently in her last year as a graduate student and will graduate from a Physician Assistant program this year.  She and her husband have two cats Tino & Bailee.  Tino is around 8 years old and was received from a friend.  Bailee is about 6 now and was rescued from the middle of the road when she was only a couple days old.  Meagan and Ronnie also have a 1 yr old Doberman named Cole who is spoiled rotten!  Biscuit is a terrier mix & was a rescue that stole Meagan & Ronnie's hearts, so they adopted her in April 2010.

Matt McCrystal - Pet Technician

Our newest member to the Lucky Bones Country Club team!!!! Matt's fascination and compassionate love for animals began at the age of 5 with his first puppy Cocoa, a German Shorthair Pointer. Along with helping Cocoa lead a loved and fulfilled life, Matt had many other pets: cats, fish, reptiles, and a parrot. Yet, his favorite has always been dogs. Presently, he shares his home with Diamond, a Border Collie mix, and his foster dog Bernard, a rescue St. Bernard. Matt has started volunteering with Surry Animal Rescue and finds this a very rewarding experience. He is currently taking a Veterinary Assistant course at college and spends his off days training his dogs. Matt's goal at LBCC is to tire out your dogs from a fun filled day of play so you can enjoy your loving, relaxed dog!  Matt always welcomes your input on your dog's favorite games or toys!  Matt's Motto: "It is a privilege to be a part of your pets' lives here at LBCC."

Pam Moore - Pet Technician

Pam has always harbored a deep love for fuzzy friends of all shapes & sizes. She was raised by 2 loving parents, had 2 vigilant beagles, several frisky felines, and a few friendly neighboring farm animals. In high school she relished the busy, fur-filled schedule her internship at a local veterinary clinic provided, but soon left the small town setting for married life & the beautiful state of Colorado. After pursuing a short career in cosmetology she realized the only job for her simply must include animals. Shortly after that Pam found herself working with the caring staff at Doggy Day Camp, the Centennial, CO facility where she was introduced to a magical reality they called daycare for dogs. After spending nearly 3 happy years working with the dogs at DDC, Pam decided it was time for her & her husband to return to their hometown. After her arrival in Virginia, she was thrilled to find a familiar dream at Lucky Bones nestled in a neighboring part of NC. Pam & her husband enjoy living the country life & are lovingly owned by 2 quick-witted kitties, Merlin & Lancelot, & 4 ever curious canines, Dakota, Delila Rose, Roman, & Claire. Lucky Bones is proud to have Pam as a part of our staff!!!
