In order to maximize our boarding facility space, we will start enforcing our Holiday Cancellation Policy. As stated in our Club Member Guidelines:
Holiday reservations must be cancelled at least 1 week in advance. This means we must be notified by 7am, seven days (7) prior to scheduled arrival. If the reservation is cancelled less than 7 days, a $50.00 per dog cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card.
